1Who These Terms Apply To

These Employer Terms apply to any individual or organisation that registers on GCCNurseJobs.com as a healthcare employer, including:

By registering, you represent and warrant that your organisation falls within one of these categories and that you are duly authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.

2Account Eligibility & Verification

2.1 Authorisation

The individual creating the employer account must be an authorised representative of the organisation — such as an HR manager, recruitment officer, department head, or C-suite executive. By creating the account, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

2.2 Verification

We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of any employer account before granting full access to nurse profiles. Verification may require submission of business registration documents, a valid trade licence, or a healthcare facility licence from the relevant GCC authority. Unverified accounts may have limited access to platform features.

2.3 One Account Per Organisation

Each organisation should maintain one primary employer account. Sub-accounts for individual recruiters or departments within the same organisation may be created under the primary account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent usage limits or fees are prohibited.

2.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your organisation's account information — including company name, contact details, facility type, and location — accurate and up to date. Providing materially false information about your organisation is grounds for immediate termination.

3Permitted Use of the Platform

As an employer, you are permitted to use GCCNurseJobs.com to:

You may not use the Platform to:

4Job Posting Standards

4.1 Accuracy Requirement

All job postings must accurately represent the position being offered. This includes: job title and role description, compensation (base salary, housing, transport, and other allowances), shift patterns and working hours, contract duration and type (permanent, fixed-term, locum), location and facility name, and visa and sponsorship arrangements.

4.2 Transparency on Compensation

GCC employment packages are complex. We strongly encourage — and may require — employers to clearly state the full package: basic salary + housing allowance + transport allowance + medical cover + annual flight allowance + annual leave entitlement. Nurses make life-changing decisions based on this information. Vague or misleading package descriptions are grounds for post removal.

4.3 Prohibited Job Postings

The following types of postings are strictly prohibited and will be removed without notice:

Repeated violation of posting standards will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant GCC health or labour authority.

4.4 Post Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping job postings current. Filled or closed positions must be marked as such within 5 business days of the role being filled. Stale job postings (open for 90+ days without update) may be automatically deactivated.

5Nurse Data & GDPR Obligations

5.1 Data Controller Responsibilities

When you access nurse profiles through the Platform, you act as an independent data controller for any personal data you process in connection with your recruitment activities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your processing of nurse personal data complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (for processing data of EU/UK nationals), and applicable GCC privacy regulations.

5.2 Permitted Processing

You may only use nurse personal data accessed through the Platform for the specific, legitimate recruitment purpose for which the data was made available. You may not: sell, rent, or transfer nurse data to any third party; use nurse data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond active recruitment; retain nurse data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the recruitment process; or share nurse data with other facilities, agencies, or organisations without explicit nurse consent.

5.3 Data Security

You must implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect nurse personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or disclosure. You must notify GCCNurseJobs.com at privacy@gccnursejobs.com within 48 hours of becoming aware of any personal data breach involving nurse data obtained from the Platform.

5.4 Nurse Rights

If a nurse exercises a data subject right (access, erasure, portability, restriction) directly with you, you must respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and must not obstruct nurses from exercising these rights.

6Communication Standards

7Fees, Subscriptions & Billing

7.1 Employer Pricing

Employer access to nurse profiles and the platform's recruitment tools is subject to the pricing plans published on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

7.2 Payment

All payments are processed through Hesabe, our licensed GCC payment gateway. We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard. You are responsible for all fees associated with your account, including applicable VAT or taxes as required by GCC law.

7.3 Invoices

Employer accounts are entitled to request VAT invoices for all payments made. Contact billing@gccnursejobs.com for invoice requests. We aim to issue invoices within 5 business days.

7.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where we are unable to provide the agreed service or where required by applicable consumer protection law. Job posting credits that remain unused at the end of a billing period are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.5 No Fees to Nurses

Employers are strictly prohibited from charging nurses any fee, deposit, or cost as a condition of consideration, interview, or placement — including but not limited to visa fees, medical test fees, training fees, or uniform deposits. Such fees violate GCC labour law and our platform policies. Violation will result in immediate permanent account removal.

Zero tolerance: Charging nurses fees is exploitation. Any employer account found to be charging nurses will be permanently banned, and the matter will be reported to the relevant GCC labour authority and nursing regulatory body.

8Recruitment Agency Accounts

If you are a licensed recruitment or staffing agency placing nurses on behalf of healthcare facilities, the following additional conditions apply:

8.1 Licensing

You must hold a valid recruitment agency licence issued by the relevant authority in your operating jurisdiction. We may request evidence of this licence as a condition of account approval or continued access.

8.2 Client Disclosure

You must disclose the name of the end-client healthcare facility in any job posting or nurse communication where the ultimate employer is different from your agency. Nurses have the right to know the name of the facility where they will be working before accepting any offer.

8.3 No Double-Dipping

Recruitment agencies may not charge placement fees to both the hiring facility and the nurse for the same placement. The industry standard — and our policy — is that agency fees are paid entirely by the employer, never the nurse.

8.4 Ethical Recruitment Standards

Agency accounts are expected to adhere to internationally recognised ethical recruitment standards, including those set out by the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel, the ILO, and any applicable codes in your home country.

9Anti-Exploitation & Ethical Recruitment

GCCNurseJobs.com is committed to ethical nursing recruitment. As an employer on our platform, you agree to:

Employers found to be exploiting nurses — including through contract substitution, withholding passports, non-payment of wages, or unsafe working conditions — will be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to the relevant GCC labour authority.

10Equal Opportunity & Non-Discrimination

All employers on GCCNurseJobs.com must adhere to the following equal opportunity principles in their hiring practices on the Platform:

11GCC Labour Law Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your recruitment practices, employment offers, contracts, and working conditions comply with the labour laws of the relevant GCC country. Key country-specific frameworks you must be aware of include:

GCCNurseJobs.com does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure of your obligations, consult a qualified legal practitioner familiar with GCC employment law.

12Confidentiality

In the course of using the Platform, you may receive access to information about nurses that is confidential in nature, including unpublished profile details, career plans, and personal contact information. You agree to:

13Liability & Indemnification

13.1 Employer Liability

You are solely responsible and liable for: all job postings and communications sent from your account; the accuracy of your organisation's information; any employment offer or contract entered into with a nurse; and compliance with all applicable employment, immigration, and data protection law.

13.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GCCNurseJobs Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform; any job posting, communication, or employment offer you make; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any third-party rights, including any nurse's privacy rights.

13.3 Platform Limitation of Liability

GCCNurseJobs.com provides a marketplace only. We are not a party to any employment contract between you and a nurse, and we accept no liability for the outcome of any recruitment process, including the suitability, conduct, or performance of any nurse hired through the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your employer account without notice in the event of:

Suspended or terminated employers may not create new accounts. We reserve the right to publish anonymised details of exploitative employer practices in our platform trust reports.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@gccnursejobs.com. Active job postings will be removed within 24 hours of account closure. No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Employer Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Contact us at legal@gccnursejobs.com. We will attempt to respond and resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.
