These Terms apply to all visitors, registered nurses, employers, and any other users of the Platform. Your continued use of GCCNurseJobs.com constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

GCCNurseJobs.com is an online job board and career tools platform specifically designed for registered nurses seeking employment in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries — including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

The Platform provides the following services:

• Free Job Board: Nurses can browse and apply to verified nursing job listings at no cost.
• Nurse Profiles: Registered nurses can create and maintain professional profiles visible to verified employers.
• Premium Career Tools: Optional paid features (each priced at $5.00 USD) to enhance profile visibility and application success.
• Employer Job Posting Packages: Healthcare employers can post vacancies through subscription or per-listing packages.
• GCC Career Guides: Educational resources covering licensing, visa processes, and life in the Gulf (provided free of charge).

GCCNurseJobs.com acts as an intermediary and does not employ nurses directly, nor does it guarantee employment outcomes for any user.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security of your account password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at emma.barton@gccnursejobs.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Nurses register free of charge. Employers must complete a verification process and pay applicable listing or subscription fees before posting vacancies.

GCCNurseJobs.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities.

Nurses who create profiles on the Platform are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and truthful. This includes nursing qualifications, licence numbers, work history, specialties, and uploaded documents such as CVs and certificates.

By creating a profile, you grant GCCNurseJobs.com a non-exclusive licence to display your profile information to verified employers on the Platform.

• Submitting false credentials or fabricated work history is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account removal.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile current. Outdated information that misrepresents your qualifications may expose you to liability.
• GCCNurseJobs.com is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers based on your profile, nor for the accuracy of any employer representations.

GCCNurseJobs.com offers optional premium features for nurses at a one-time cost of $5.00 USD per feature. These include tools such as the Video Profile, Resume Builder, Attestation Guide, and Profile Unlock.

All payments are processed securely through Tap Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. GCCNurseJobs.com does not store your full card number.

• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions for nurse-facing features.
• Payment is required before access to the premium feature is granted.
• Receipts are emailed to the address associated with your account upon successful payment.
• For refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Employer posting packages are priced separately and are subject to the pricing schedule published on the Employers page. Employer billing may involve recurring subscription periods, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Employers who post job listings on GCCNurseJobs.com must be verified healthcare organisations with a legitimate need to hire nurses. By posting a listing, employers agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and honest job descriptions including salary ranges, location, contract terms, and visa sponsorship details.
• Not misrepresent the nature of the role, working conditions, benefits, or any other employment terms.
• Respond to nurse applicants in a timely and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable labour laws, including those of the GCC country where the position is based.
• Not charge nurses any recruitment or processing fee at any stage of the hiring process.

GCCNurseJobs.com reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any employer account found to be in violation of these obligations, without refund of listing fees.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using GCCNurseJobs.com:

• Creating false, misleading, or fraudulent profiles, job listings, or applications.
• Impersonating any person, organisation, or healthcare authority.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to nurses, employers, or GCCNurseJobs.com staff.
• Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without written consent.
• Using automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Misrepresenting nursing qualifications, licences, or work experience.
• Circumventing any security or access control measures of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities including healthcare licensing bodies.

All content on GCCNurseJobs.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of GCCNurseJobs.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written permission.
• The GCCNurseJobs.com name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• User-generated content (such as nurse profiles and uploaded CVs) remains the intellectual property of the respective user, with a limited licence granted to GCCNurseJobs.com for Platform operations as described in Section 4.

GCCNurseJobs.com is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GCCNurseJobs.com shall not be liable for:

• Any employment outcome, job offer, rejection, or hiring decision made by an employer.
• The accuracy or completeness of any job listing or employer representation.
• Loss of income, data, business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any actions taken by employers or nurses outside the Platform, including during visa processes or employment.
• Technical issues, service outages, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to GCCNurseJobs.com in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically as applied within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai, UAE.

If you are accessing the Platform from outside the UAE, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.

GCCNurseJobs.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification email to all registered users at least 30 days before changes take effect.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Your continued use of GCCNurseJobs.com after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should deactivate your account before the changes take effect.
