GCCNurseJobs.com ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") is an online recruitment marketplace connecting qualified nursing professionals ("Nurses" or "Job Seekers") with healthcare organisations ("Employers" or "Healthcare Partners") across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region — comprising the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
The Platform provides job listings, nurse profile creation, CV/resume building, licensing guidance, salary intelligence, document verification, and direct recruiter introduction services. We are not a staffing agency, employment agency, or recruiter. We provide technology infrastructure only. Employment relationships are formed exclusively between Nurses and Employers.
For nurses: GCCNurseJobs.com is free to join, free to apply, and free forever. Premium products are entirely optional one-time purchases — never required to use the core platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. By registering, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Each individual nurse or employer representative may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or platform policies is prohibited and may result in permanent bans.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at support@gccnursejobs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All payments are processed securely through Hesabe, a licensed payment gateway operating in Kuwait and the GCC. We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard. GCCNurseJobs.com does not store your card details at any point.
Premium products (including the GCC Licensing Kit, Salary Intelligence Report, Direct Recruiter Introduction, and Premium Profile) are one-time purchases with lifetime access. They are entirely optional.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@gccnursejobs.com within 7 days of purchase.
Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where access to the purchased product was successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, nurse profiles, or any other content submitted by users. We do not verify all information provided by employers or nurses.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GCCNurseJobs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or loss of data. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or career advice. Providing false or misleading information about your nursing qualifications, licences, or experience is a serious matter with potential legal and professional consequences, including:
We reserve the right to verify credentials at any point, including through our Document Authentication Service, and to share verified or suspected fraudulent information with relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, provision of false information, conduct harmful to users or the Platform, non-payment of fees owed, or requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@gccnursejobs.com. Your profile data will be deleted within 30 days of termination, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page, send a notification email to all registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect, and show a banner notification on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@gccnursejobs.com. We will attempt to respond and resolve informal disputes within 30 days.
