C4b Lipodermatosclerosis / atrophie blanche
C5 Healed venous ulcer
C6 Active venous ulcer — primary clinical focus

Characteristic Skin Signs

Lipodermatosclerosis: woody/indurated skin — "inverted champagne bottle"
Haemosiderin pigmentation: brown/rust discolouration from RBC breakdown
Venous eczema: erythema, scaling, itching, weeping periwound
Atrophie blanche: white avascular scarring — capillary obliteration
Corona phlebectatica: fan-shaped ankle intradermal veins
